Masterlist

Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Masterlist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Masterlist is a platform for discovering and curating video, podcast, and media recommendations. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to distribute spam or harmful content.

3. User Accounts

To create lists and save content you must sign in with a supported provider (currently Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Masterlist (list titles, descriptions, curations). By posting content, you grant Masterlist a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it as part of the Service. You must not post content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

5. Third-Party Content

Masterlist links to and embeds content hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Vimeo, etc.). We do not own or control that content and are not responsible for its availability or accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masterlist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
